Chiang Rai - Three Temples And Singha Park
Chiang Rai is the most northern province in Thailand. It borders Myanmar and Laos at the famous Golden Triangle and is home to the fantastic White Temple, Longneck tribes, and the Mekong River. Chiang Rai has a lot to offer those who love art, culture, and scenic landscapes. On this one-day trip, we will visit the three most famous temples in Chiang Rai: the White Temple, The Red Temple, and the Blue Temple, tea plantations at the Singha Park and optionally a visit to the Long Neck tribe.
Ajarn Chalermchai is the creator of the White Temple. It is an incredible work of art that will blow your mind. We will take you on a day trip to visit these places and show you the beauty of Thai Buddhist art. We will also visit Wat Huay Pla Kang, a majestic lesser-known temple in Chiang Rai, also known as the Red Temple, and Wat Rong Suea Ten, the Blue Temple. This is the latest colorful Temple in Northern Thailand. Wat Rong Suea Ten translates to Temple of the Dancing Tigers in the Thai language, which refers to the Temple's location. In the past, this area was teeming with wildlife. Wild tigers used to bathe in the nearby Kok River.
Chiang Rai province has lots of tea plantations, and we will visit one at Singha Park.
Our last stop of the day will be at the Long Neck tribe village, this visit is optional and costs an extra 300 Baht.
